Help for families using Story Beaver

We are preparing Story Beaver for release. For help with reading, downloads, sound, an account, or a subscription, email admin@endgamecorp.com.

What to include

Tell us the device you are using, the Story Beaver version if available, and what happened. Please do not send a child’s full name, school, precise location, or other information that is not needed to help.

Account deletion

To request deletion of an adult Story Beaver account, follow the steps on Delete an account. We will use the account email to find the request and may ask for enough information to confirm ownership.

App store purchases

Apple and Google manage payments and refunds for purchases made through their stores. We can help with Story Beaver access, but refund requests must be handled through the store where the purchase was made.
